I've Accepted the Challenge -- Will You?

Call me crazy, but I like Hubpages. I've been writing on the site for about a month now and it's been an incredible experience. This really is an awesome community and I have enjoyed it a great deal!

So when Ryan Hupfer engaged in a challenge with Courtney Tuttle to write 100 hubs in thirty days and then invited other hubbers to join in, I guess that makes me the third to join the challenge! He announced it on twitter and I jumped right in with both feet before I even thought about what I was doing. Darn that Hup!

There are two challenges: One is to write 100 hubs in thirty days and the other is to write 30 hubs in thirty days. I must be one of the crazy ones, but I chose 100 hubs in thirty days.

I have set some goals and limits for myself. Each hub has to be a minimum of 800 words, but my goal is 1000, preferably 1500. I try with most of my hubs to follow the flagship guidelines, which really fleshes out a hub with images, videos and links. I plan on continuing with this policy, three hubs a day, for thirty days. There are several pages I will be working on in the background which will be released as fourth and sometimes fifth hubs in a day to round off the 100 hubs in thirty days (ten extra hubs!).

Wish me luck! If you're looking for other great hubbers who are following this challenge, there is a list to the right in my blogroll!
